At Redefinition Network, we are a community of young Christians dedicated to growing in our faith and redefining our lives according to God's pattern. Our mission is to create a platform where we can gather to learn, discuss, and get equipped for intentional discipleship, while taking small, daily steps toward Christ-like transformation.

ANIEKAN UKPANAH

Aniekan Ukpanah is Senior Partner at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, heading its banking, finance, project finance and real estate teams. He structures and finances major infrastructure and energy projects, advising leading banks and investors. Recognized by Chambers Global, Legal 500 and IFLR, he chairs Lex Mundi’s board and contributes to Academia at Obong University.

DR THERESA EKWERE

Theresa Ekwere holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and is a Fellow of the National Postgraduate College of Nigeria in Internal Medicine, subspecializing in nephrology. A John Maxwell–certified coach with 28 years’ experience, she is Clinical Service Coordinator at Chevron Nigeria and a respected church leader and public speaker.

PETER EGBUMOKEI

Peter Egbumokei is an Industrialist with 25 years in energy—upstream/downstream oil & gas, gas & power, renewables and cement manufacturing. He holds an MBA (Arden University) and an MSc in Project Management (Robert Gordon). A PMP-certified Chartered Engineer (COREN), he’s chaired an IPP consultancy and serves as Deputy Commissioner in Nigeria’s Police Supernumerary Unit.

IME EKERETE-SAMPSON

Ime Ekerete-Sampson is a Principal Project Consultant in upstream oil & gas, leading complex IT projects for over 20 years. She holds an MSc in IT and is PMP-certified, and a member of PMI, BCS and MCPN. Renowned for delivering multimillion-dollar technology solutions, she also mentors emerging leaders in tech.

IDARAESIT OKON

Idaresit Okon is Senior Specialist, Strategic Services, with 20+ years in Trade & Treasury Solutions across MEA, focusing on risk management, credit and compliance. She holds an MBA (Pan-Atlantic Business School) and a BSc in Mathematics. A VoE champion, she directs corporate relations at NISSI Institute and advocates for women and children through her church.

CORNELIA UTUK

Cornelia Utuk is Head, Legal/Company Secretary at FSDH Group, with 25+ years in financial services. She began in credit risk at Standard Trust, then held senior corporate services and legal advisory roles at Marina Securities and Coronation Merchant Bank. She holds an MBA (Univ. of Calabar) and governance certificates from McGill and Harvard.

DAVID THOMAS

David Thomas is HR Business Partnering Manager at MTN, with 19 years in multinational HR. He holds an MBA (Univ. of Leicester) and Computer Science degrees. Joining MTN in 2005 in Customer Experience, he transitioned to HR in 2008 and led its 2009 transformation. He’s an award-winning CIPM and SHRM member passionate about youth empowerment.

Ogo Graham Lawal is a dual-qualified lawyer (Nigeria & New York) specializing in capital markets, corporate finance, employment, data privacy and governance. Founder of Autumn & Spring Designs, she empowers women through fashion entrepreneurship. A staunch mentor, she champions integrity and innovation, guiding emerging professionals to build resilient, values-driven careers.

DR. RUBIE IBUOLA

Dr. Rubie Ibuola is a software engineering lecturer and educational technologist (PhD) teaching at UK universities. She founded Techrubies to empower girls and women in tech, holds IET IT certification, and is Prince2-certified. Beyond academia, she coaches, blogs, podcasts, and enjoys badminton and kickboxing.

Mayokun Oyesiku is Founder of Blaqcrest Homes and former Head of Sales at Dukiya Investment, with nearly a decade reshaping Nigeria’s real estate market. An MBA graduate (Pan-Atlantic), he’s known for integrity, strategic leadership, and high-value deal-making, dedicated to raising industry standards and attracting investment to Nigeria.
